Black, Cream and Red Layout

Here is a gorgeous layout I did today.  My sweet hubby took the kids swimming then made supper so I could scrapbook.  What an amazing man I have!

Cherry Cards

I found the floral printed cupcake liners at Michael's and knew they would make the cutest ruffle on a card.  I added some ribbons, embellishments and voila! Cute Cards!

Cheerio!  Or should I say Cherry O!!

lol!

Soft sweet cards

Hey!
I used up some of the left over papers and packaging from my Tea Party layout to create these two soft sweet cards that are so yummy and vintage!

And since my girls had their Playmobil out i thought the card looked adorable in the church.  lol!

Love it!

Basic Grey Picadilly layout

Here is an ADORABLE layout using the Picadilly papers and chipboard shapes from Basic Grey.  This page was so fun to do!  I love all the colors and patterned papers.  And the three flowers i made are made by cutting up butterfly wings as the petals.  Cool!

Sweet as a Sundae

My sweet little Eden is soo adorable!!  Look at her!!  I enjoyed doing this page with the streamer flowers.  They are so easy to make and so pretty.

Christmas

Here is another Christmas layout scraplifted from one of my club layouts.  It's great I'm getting through so many Christmas pages!

Tea Party

Ohh I just love this layout!  I bought the flowers last spring break when we went to Seattle and I've been saving them ever since!  I even had the paper... but then I went to Edmonton a couple weeks ago and picked up this new paper and embellishments and stickers, and they matched the flowers perfectly... so I made some changes and just love it!  I also picked up the dressform die cut from Tim Holtz that I embossed with a folder and then with UTEE for this amazing look.  I love all the layers!  Paint, ink, stickers, pearls, flowers, stamping... gotta love the layers.  :-))

Have a great weekend!

Tin Tape Technique and layout

This next layout for my 8 for 8 layout clubs is super cool!  I am having so much fun coming up with cool things we can do as NEW techniques on our layouts!  I'm inspired.  :-))

So this layout has a few techniques.  :-)))   First off we will use tin tape and stick it over the chipboard letters that are glued to light cardboard to make these neat looking tags.  We'll finish them off with alcohol inks and wham!  Awesome tags that look incredible.

We are also going to try the packing tape technique.  First we'll apply a layer of packing tape to our patterened paper.  Then we'll let it soak for about 20 minutes.  Once it's nice and goopy, we'll gently rub the paper off the packing tape to get a tape that is transparent with the print being the patterened paper we used.  Ohh I can't wait to show you this fun idea!

My transparent packing tape is the dot print and the words print.

See you soon!

One Sweet Girl

Here is another layout using the re-inkers technique by blowing them out with a straw.  It looks so cool!  I just have one more to make for Eden... :-)))

And this layout is scraplifted from my Christmas layout from my 8 for 8 clubs.  :-))
