'Boy Oh Boy' layout by Carta Bella

I love how fun and cute this page is!  I used the new 'Boy Oh Boy' paper by Carta Bella and just love the hexagons!  I punched them from a Fiskers punch and then outlined them with black pen.

I used tons of embellishments from a pack called "Boys Rule" by Carta Bella.  It went perfectly with my paper and showed the playfulness of my two guys.  :)

Layout using Webster's Pages new Strawberry Fields Paper

I just love the NEW Strawberry Fields paper by Webster's Pages!!  There are so many different prints great for guy or girl pages.

I made this fun page of my son Noah in about an hour!  It was quick and simple. :)  I like the clean lines and open space.  :)

I tried super hard to not add too much!! lol... no flowers or sequins. :))

CLUB AT A NEW DATE!!

I'm offering a MONTHLY CLUB the 4th MONDAY of the Month. It will be a variety of 3 cards, 3 projects and 2 layouts over the eight months. Please let me know if you need more info on CLUBS... and want to sign up! I have a few spots left. :))

ART JOURNAL

CLUBS: 

I still have a few spots open for the ART JOURNAL CLUB which is the THIRD MONDAY OF THE MONTH!! Starting October. 

Take a look at our page for the first month. This gives you an example of the fun things we'll do at ART JOURNAL CLUB. You don't need to be a scrapbooker or card maker... just love to get messy for this artistic outlet!

This art form is all about paint, stencils, stamping, layering and thinking outside the box. I will lead you through it step by step and teach you some exciting new techniques!

I also included a picture of the FRONT of my new Art Journal book. Just as inspiration of what you could do too :)) I didn't want to add too many layers since I will be opening this book lots and working inside. :))

If you are thinking of doing the Art Journal Club... you can pick up an Art Journal at Michaels... or what I did... was go to Value Village and pick up an old book the size I wanted. I made sure the front cover was fabric and in my case it's red. Then inside I tore out pages to slim down the book since I will be adding layers as I do art journal pages. If you decide to go this route... I can help you figure out which pages to remove! It's awesome and I seriously LOVE the look of it!

Prima Bloom Sprays and Heidi Swapp Color Shine

I had a lot of fun using SPRAYS with this page!  I started with some pretty plain background paper and then used the new PRIMA Bloom Sprays to get the speckled look.  Then I used a stencil and a Heidi Swapp Color Shine Spray to get the pink circles.  I had the home-made colored flowers in my stash which made this page come together pretty easily.  :0)) I love it when a plan comes together! lol
